Товболатов Can you explain to me why do you make false accusations of me? You're saying I do Sockpuppetry, that I steal Chechen history even though I explained to you that our history is shared (Durdzuks are ancestors of both Chechens and Ingushes). If you are muslim then you should know that false accusing is not permissible in Islam. Tell me where did I steal chechen history? Last time I asked, you stopped answering me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by WikiEditor1234567123 (talkcontribs) 21:00, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Murtazeki, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Border Troops. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

I suggest you don't blame me for what I didn't do. You slandered me in the Russian Wikipedia, although you yourself are a virtual who, under the Russian Wikipedia account, will introduce a war of edits and vandalism in Ingush articles. However, to avoid an edit war, I won't edit "Chechens" for the time being, and you too will refrain from vandalizing the Russian Wikipedia. Niyskho (talk) 15:47, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Ingush people shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Speedy deletion contested: Adermakh

[edit]

Hello Товболатов. I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Adermakh, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: You don't have to be an admin to know that speedy deletion only covers very specific criteria of which "minimal research" is not one of them. Also, if someone contests a speedy deletion, don't re-add it, instead use other methods of deletion like Proposed Deletion or Articles for Deletion. Thank you. [edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Nazran conflict. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 10:30, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Vieta (dish requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — Ingenuity (talk • contribs) 18:55, 11 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement sanction

[edit]

The following sanction now applies to you:

indefinitely topic-banned from articles related to ethnic minority groups in the former Soviet Union, broadly construed

You have been sanctioned for tendentious editing across multiple articles, particularly this editing spree on February 16 (Special:Diff/1139722862, Special:Diff/1139722968, Special:Diff/1139723019, Special:Diff/1139723084, Special:Diff/1139723110, Special:Diff/1139723167, Special:Diff/1139723254, Special:Diff/1139723211). This comes after several days of warnings for borderline edit warring, insults, and frivolous demands for administrator intervention. It is important to note that it is not your position on Chechen-Ingush identity that led to this sanction, but specifically your method in pursuing your desired changes to articles. Spamming the same text across a half dozen pages that you know are subject to an ongoing dispute with another editor is incompatible with a constructive editing environment.

This sanction is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Eastern Europe#Final decision and, if applicable, the contentious topics procedure. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.

You may appeal this sanction using the process described here. I recommend that you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template if you wish to submit an appeal to the arbitration enforcement noticeboard. You may also appeal directly to me (on my talk page), before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. signed, Rosguill talk 15:56, 17 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi thanks for creating this article. When we translate or borrow from other language wikis it’s a requirement to acknowledge the source. Same for Palazzo Castani - every translation requires an attribution and "translated from nl.wiki" is NOT cutting the mustard for Italian articles. I'm sure @Mccapra didn't mean flag 'em all with that one line - you need to modify the template to show the language and article source!!! Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 05:53, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Alexandermcnabb can you show me an example of the template here, please I will add it. Where to add it to the discussion page, or at the first edit of the article. specify the author of the article and the language. I got it. --Товболатов (talk) 08:36, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hiya. In the first edit summary when you create the page, you can add: "Content in this edit is translated from the existing (xxxx) Wikipedia article at xx:name of article; see its history for attribution." You'd for instance replace xxxx with French and xx with fr (for fr wiki). You can also add {{Translated page|fr|Exact name of the French article}} (replacing fr and French with the language you're translating from) to the talk page. Where you haven't already added the language in your first edit summary, I'd suggest just doing an additional edit now and adding that text above, which gives everyone access to the original article, its attributions etc. There's more on this at Help:Translation. Enjoy!!! Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 09:16, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
BTW, I added both to the Casa Atellani article as an example for you! Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 09:22, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I'll look into it. well this is the kind of template I will add when new translated articles are first edited. I was told it can be done on the talk page or on the first edit. --Товболатов (talk) 09:27, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:51, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder to administrators: In May 2014, ArbCom adopted the following procedure instructing administrators regarding Arbitration Enforcement blocks: "No administrator may modify a sanction placed by another administrator without: (1) the explicit prior affirmative consent of the enforcing administrator; or (2) prior affirmative agreement for the modification at (a) AE or (b) AN or (c) ARCA (see "Important notes" [in the procedure]). Administrators modifying sanctions out of process may at the discretion of the committee be desysopped."

Topic bans are broadly construed. You are not allowed to make edits relating to the ethnic identities of minorities of the former Soviet Union in any context on en.wiki. Arguing over whether Beterbiev's ethnicity should be included, and referencing the history of ethnic conflict in Dagestan on the talk page, are both violations of the ban. signed, Rosguill talk 13:46, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, isn't he a Canadian citizen? Other participants told me that it has nothing to do with the Caucasus. A year has passed since you blocked the topic of the Caucasus for me. I did not violate any actions. I consider the blocking unjustified; I edited the page of a Canadian citizen. Товболатов (talk) 15:12, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ethnicity is not the same as citizenship, and referencing the history of ethnic conflict in Dagestan is something else again. Hope that helps. Best -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 22:39, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your attention, this was a discussion on the discussion page, I added the link there. Товболатов (talk) 22:50, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Stylez995 Hello, could you help me in this situation, I don’t know the rules in the English project very well. But I edited the page of a Canadian citizen. I added the link to the discussion Talk:Artur Beterbiev. Товболатов (talk) 23:00, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello. When the topic ban includes "broadly construed" (also referred as "broadly interpreted") restriction, this restriction also covers attempting to "nibble around the edges" by not mentioning the topic directly, but editing or discussing in a way that can be interpreted as something to do with the topic. See Wikipedia:Broadly construed.
Until you have successfully appeal this topic ban, you must stay away from that topic anywhere on Wikipedia, with exceptions stated on WP:BANEX. Stylez995 (talk) 00:12, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Stylez995 Thank you for your answer, a year has already passed and they should have removed my topic-ban. This was too severe a punishment for just sending spam (once). I think even if there was a violation, I was blocked for one or two days. No sanctions were applied to those who argued with me about removing information from articles. Although these disputes existed before and after me. It’s clear that this is a permanent block so that I don’t participate in editing. I filed an appeal, but it didn’t help, there were a lot of different clues to keep me from getting out of the block. Sincerely.Товболатов (talk) 08:24, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The edits you made were specifically in relation to Beterbiev's identity as a Chechen, with you yourself arguing to include information about Beterbiev's Chechen origin. I find the suggestion that you don't understand this Canadian citizen's connection to the topic of ethnic minorities of the former Soviet Union to be utterly absurd. signed, Rosguill talk 23:05, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Please copy my appeal to the arbitration enforcement noticeboard or administrators' noticeboard. Your reason here OR place the reason below this template. A year has passed since I was blocked on the topic of the former Soviet Union. I did not violate any actions. I consider the blocking to be unfounded; I edited the Canadian Citizen page. They should have warned me first, and not immediately blocked me. WikiEditor1234567123 Why is this man stalking me? 1, 2 At his request, I was banned from the topic on the USSR, now a year later, he again makes a complaint against me. Although I didn't communicate with him. This is a separate topic, he did not participate in the discussion. Here you can clearly see they want to block me forever as an unwanted user for him. Товболатов (talk) 18:04, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

There's no way to believably claim that "content related to ethnic minority groups in the former Soviet Union, broadly construed" does not include a person's identity as a Chechen, regardless of that person's citizenship. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 00:01, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
