- It's better to bring your questions about editing to the Teahouse rather than putting them on an orphaned talk page that no one will see. But I read your question and I think you have the wrong idea about Wikipedia. This is not an organized, centralized organization, we are a collaborative editing project consisting of thousands of independent editors from all over the world who follow clearly established policies and guidelines. We don't have an effort to keep certain individuals off the project unless there is not enough or adequate sourcing to establish their notability. But again, all of these concerns can be addressed at the Teahouse but I'd try going there without having preconceived ideas of how this project operates. Good luck with your editing. Liz Read! Are you the blocked sockmaster User:علی خسروی ۱۵? If so, it's best to spend your energies off of Wikipedia as you are likely to be blocked. If you are not a sockpuppet, be aware that you are trying to edit a draft on a subject, Javad Nazari, that has been frequently edited by sockpuppets. I'd find some other topic to work on. Liz Read!
