April 2019[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Sido Kanhu Murmu University, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 12:51, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in A.S. College, Deoghar. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 10:09, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Muhandes. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, A.S. College, Deoghar, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 10:09, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at A.S. College, Deoghar, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please stop adding "Dr." against MOS:DOCTOR. Also, please stop edit warring and discuss, in English. Muhandes (talk) 20:31, 13 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, सौरभ मिश्र. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page A.S. College, Deoghar, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 15:18, 14 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Muhandes Jee, I wrote an article on A.S. College, which was for informational purposes only. You changed the college page a few months back, only because I had written the college type in the page as government college. The college is government only and that is why it is a constituent college of the university. After several months login the user id and found that you have changed the page of the college. Then I undone the page. Notifies you but could not due to low battery of mobile. So you are requested to undo the college page. सौरभ मिश्र (talk) 12:40, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Before we start anything, please read the message I left you more than two years ago and you chose to ignore. I believe you have a conflict of interest regarding this college and you need to disclose it. --Muhandes (talk) 13:17, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

April 2019[edit]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make disruptive edits to Wikipedia contrary to the Manual of Style, as you did at A.S. College, Deoghar. I have warned you three times and this is the last one. Stop going against the manual or style or I will be forced to ask for administrator intervention. Muhandes (talk) 10:53, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The same applies to your edits to Sido Kanhu Murmu University. Please stop adding "Dr." to names, which goes against MOS:DOCTOR. --Muhandes (talk) 10:55, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Sitush. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Maithil Brahmin, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 07:17, 24 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please note[edit]

The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or a topic ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions/South Asian social groups.

Disambiguation link notification for May 13[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Krishna (TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Narayan (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 12:00, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for March 6[edit]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited A.S. College, Deoghar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Government College.

(Opt-out instructions.) --DPL bot (talk) 06:23, 6 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Because A.S. College, Deoghar is a government college, I linked the college to the government college. सौरभ मिश्र (talk) 02:03, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

June 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. Thanks!
