Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. Hi! I'm affected by 216.133.0.0/16 block. I don't really understand why users with established accounts should be blocked from editing while in a cafe... I'd appreciate if somebody could make an exception for me. 凰兰时罗 (talk) 22:25, 6 August 2017 (UTC)

Decline reason:

WP:IPBE does provide for an exemption for editing via anonymous proxies but it can only be made if the editor "for exceptional reasons must edit via anonymous proxies." Occasional editing in a coffee shop does not meet the criteria of an "exceptional reason". Just Chilling (talk) 13:38, 7 August 2017 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Just Chilling: thanks for your time. Don't really get this rule, but you guys should know better. 凰兰时罗 (talk) 14:49, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
