Hello, and Welcome to Wikipedia. You must have figured out how you get to know when someone posts on your talk page. In response to your queries, I am not the editor of the Indian Wikipedians' Board or anything remotely like that - in fact you will soon realize that there is nothing like an editor around these parts. The Indian Wiki is Notice board for India-related topics - feel free to add yourself to any volunteer lists and so on. Also some other things : do read the Wikipedia:Tutorial, add your posts on talk pages to the end (it makes it easier for me to find them), explore, and don't be afraid to ask questions :D.
