License tagging for Image:Bandook Rat.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Bandook Rat.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. Stop the edit war in Bandook and listen to me. The page has previously been deleted, you may click "View logs on this page" on top of the page's history to see. There, you may contact the administrator who deleted the page and asked him why he did it. He may instruct you how to create the page again without being questioned. Thanks.
