August 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article List of Silent Hill characters, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Also, a neutral point of view must be maintained; adverbs such as "tenderly" and "peacefully", or adjectives such as "loving" are biased and should be avoided. Thank you. Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Silent Hill: Downpour. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Golden Sugarplum (talk) 22:10, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add unsourced content, as you did to Silent Hill: Downpour. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Golden Sugarplum (talk) 14:33, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Silent Hill: Downpour, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Hula Hup (talk) 05:49, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked 1 week for disruption. –MuZemike 06:58, 9 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but please read our guide to appealing blocks first.

You were warned multiple times above to stop, and now you are blocked. –MuZemike 06:58, 9 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You are now blocked for 1 month for doing the exact same stuff you did that led to the block which expired a couple of days ago. You know better this time. –MuZemike 06:23, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

March 2012[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for working to improve the site with your edits to Superman (Kal Kent), as we really appreciate your participation. Just two things, though, to make your editing here go more smoothly:

  • Only the first word and proper nouns are capitalized in headings, as indicated by WP:SECTIONCAPS.
  • Wikipedia articles, and other encyclopedic content, should be written in a formal tone. As such, ampersands are not appropriate, unless in situations such when they are part of proper nouns or direct quotes.

If you have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. :-) Nightscream (talk) 14:31, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comic book citation[edit]

Thank you for providing sources in The Darkness (comics). Template:Cite comic contains instructions to correctly cite comics as sources; repairing existing citations or introducing new, properly cited sources makes it easier for Wikipedia's readers, particularly those unfamiliar with The Darkness, to recognise and find the sources on the Internet. If you proceed in copy-editing, too, you can help the article ascend to good article status. Those processes will make your previous blocks less likely to be taken into consideration by other editors, while the latter will also show a skill in expression which I have noticed that you possess. One more helpful link would be Wikipedia:Five pillars. If you have any questions or need any kind of help, notify me on my talk page. Good luck with your projects.
