Hi there 10edwame. I've left a note up above with some suggestions on how to get started. If you need help with anything in particular, don't hesitate to ask me on my talk page. As to what to do here, there's plenty :). I found reverting vandalism a good way to start off at Wikipedia. That means understanding diffs, and the undo feature. You can find a list of recent changes (to look through for recent vandalism) here. Or you can improve articles (even minor things such as spell checking needs doing), or create one from scratch using the article wizard (although this might not be such a good idea if you're completely new).
