CWCL2[edit]

I have completed the changes based on your assumptions regarding venues for the final rounds. cricket.com is not fully reliable, neither are google links, we only go by Cricinfo, Cricclubs, or official announcements, so let's hope this is correct. You left two articles orphaned so I have redirected those. I have also updated links on the season template and on International cricket in 2022–23, and tidied up the pages. Seriously hope they don't change now! Bs1jac (talk) 10:05, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank for you the additional workings on this section. I believe these are accurate (czarsport has them now - intrigued to know where they get their info from at times - I hope they don't get them from wikipedia because that would be far too circular!). The only change I think is that the final title should be "Nepal series (round 21)" as there is another 2023 Nepal series. 110.33.28.251 (talk) 02:39, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

CWCQ 2023[edit]

There is no official source regarding standings of super six, so please revert back your back Cric editor (talk) 15:19, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

They are covered in Rule 16.10.3 of the regulations for the tournament (as noted by the page and discussed on the broadcast of the Zimbabwe v West Indies match). 110.33.28.251 (talk) 15:40, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes it is stated in the mentioned clause, but it is with respect to the completion of group stage Cric editor (talk) 16:47, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There is no mention that results somehow magically only carry over once everything is finished (is it just the relevant group, or both?). This would imply that if a team guarantees a top-2 spot early in the Super Six you would be claiming they hadn't qualified for the World Cup. Please try thinking things through ("Cric editor" Wow you sound so official - you must know stuff!). 110.33.28.251 (talk) 00:37, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
struck your soft spot eh?! I was just pointing out that with WIN and NED still having chance to finish at the top the table, the fixtures cannot be decided arbitrarily Cric editor (talk) 09:24, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Cric editor he is right bro no metter where a team finish in group stage they carry their seeding in super six means a1 is Sri Lanka even if they fingh no 2 in table see CWC qualifier playing conditions rule no 16.10.3 and 4 Ssrahina (talk) 10:21, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Melody Concerto. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification – AFC second round, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Melody 07:28, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Seriously? This reflects standard Wikipedia terminology from the past decades. Without it the descriptoins would provide an inaccurate and unencyclopedic history of what happened. 110.33.28.251 (talk) 07:31, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
