Status and Advice[edit]

As reviewing administrator, I had to delete it for the second time. Please do not add it again unless you have material that expands considerably over what is contained in our other articles, along with references. It will probably help on a subject like this to prepare a draft off-line first. Alternatively, please help us by improving our other articles on topics in your area of interest.

Remember not to copy from a web site, even your own -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you own the copyright and are willing to give us permission according to WP:DCM, the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable.

For further information see WP:FIRST.

Regarding your article- Database Testing[edit]

Hey Amol, good to see that you are working hard on your article. Unfortunately, your edits were reverted as they say that Database Testing can be started as a new article. Well, as of for now, I would suggest you to keep writing in your sandbox. Once we have enough of content with good references and some images, we will move it to the article space. Recently, we successfully moved Raghavendra's article Testing high-performance computing applications from his sandbox to the main space and it is still up there. So keep writing in your sandbox right now. Cheers, Pratik Lahoti (talk) 05:28, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your Database article !!![edit]

Hey amol you have added fantastic content to the section of testing in the database article. As suggested by Pratik you keep adding information to your sandbox and get it reviewed by us as well as your professor. You also need to add some images and/or graphs to improve the quality of your content and to make the article look good.
About the article you need to go to Comp's talkpage and explain him that the new article you created on Database testing has been deleted 3 times and the admins have suggested to write in the database article itself. Let him know that you are going to write in your sandbox and add the content to the database article in small amount, and as soon as the section of database testing is developed fairly and has enough content then we will move it to a new article. Ask him to undo his reverts so that you can add more content to your section, do make him understand properly and he will undo his revisions. Cheers !!! Happy Editing

Copyright violation[edit]

The text you added seems to have almost entirely been taken from this source with a few changes. Can you explain why this seems to be the case? OlYellerTalktome 03:12, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have pointed out on my talk page that the text is not your own. Please respond there. OlYellerTalktome 13:54, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
