In Wikipedia we have notability guidelines for actors (see WP:NACTOR). According to the said guidelines one requires significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions to have their own article in Wikipedia. One editor nominated the above article because according to them she doesn't meet WP:NACTOR.
If you know any notable TV serial or movie in which she had lead role, other than Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin then you can comment at this discussion: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ayesha Singh. Please note that in the discussion the weight of an argument is more important than the number of people making the argument, so encouraging mass participation in such discussion to avoid the deletion of a particular article will not work.
