Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 118.87.41.238. While I occasionally use a VPN, it is disabled at the time of this post and was not in use at the time I made content edits and talk posts. Thanks.

Decline reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 118.87.41.238. Thanks for the prompt review. This situation is very confusing. Here is the page where the block occurred. The text explaining the block states, "The IP address or range 86.48.13.0/24 has been blocked (disabled) by ‪Blablubbs‬ for the following reason(s): The IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider or colocation provider. To prevent abuse, web hosts and colocation providers may be blocked from editing Wikipedia." The reviewer states, "There is no record that this IP is or ever has been blocked" and suggests that I am using a VPN when I state VPN is (and was) disabled. Unable to attach screen shots without an account, but if the links and text provided are insufficient, please advise the documentation required to clear the problem. Thank you.

Decline reason:
