Information icon Hello, I'm Filmssssssssssss. I noticed that you recently removed content from Hanoiย without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. Editing logged in and logged out

[edit]

Hi. Is there any special reason why you use your account Putinstalin for editing Indian subjects, and edit logged out in Vietnamese subjects? Once you have an account, you're normally supposed to use it all the time. Also, I hope you understand that your block from editing article space applies to edits both logged in and logged out. Blocks apply to the person, not to a particular account or IP. Bishonen | tรฅlk 17:19, 2 April 2023 (UTC).[reply]

๏ฟผBro honestly i didn't know anything about Vietnamese subject edits.
I always edit from my Putinstalin Id.
If you have more questions you can ask
But why you keep removing my page? Putinstalin (talk) 18:48, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You say "I always edit from my Putinstalin Id." Really? This edit by the IP 123.26.72.220 was signed with Putinstalin. Are you saying you did not make that edit, from this IP, 123.26.72.220? That the edit was made by somebody else? Seriously? Bishonen | tรฅlk 19:52, 2 April 2023 (UTC).[reply]
Also, I have never removed any page of yours. (Please read signatures to see who's talking. This is Bishonen speaking.) Look here: Valereee deleted your page, so ask her, not me. Better ask her at User talk:Putinstalin, since she has posted there. Bishonen | tรฅlk 19:52, 2 April 2023 (UTC).[reply]

Account and IP now blocked

[edit]

I see you have ignored my reminder that blocks apply per person, and not per any particular account or IP, and have gone on editing articles from this IP, which is obviously used by the same person as the partial-blocked account User:Putinstalin. You may have trouble understanding what you're told, but both Valereee and I have tried to explain the rules to you as clearly as we can. It's noticable that you have chosen not to reply to my questions above ("Are you saying you did not make that edit, from this IP, 123.26.72.220? That the edit was made by somebody else? Seriously?"). Editing from this IP in defiance of Putinstalin's partial block counts as block evasion. Both the IP and User:Putinstalin have consequently been siteblocked for two weeks. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
