Hi, Wikipedia doesn't delete articles about organisations because the organisation doesn't exist any more; the Confederate States of America has an article here, even though it hasn't existed since 1865, for example. You can update the current page to reflect the current status of the organisation and what organisaitons replaced it, but please cite your sources. If you have a conflict of interest, then you should not edit the page directly, but you can make an edit request at Talk:University of Central Florida College of Health and Public Affairs.
