Koh (surname)[edit]

Hi, I think you are misunderstanding the purpose of the Koh (surname) article and the list of Chinese surnames there. There are two different kinds of surname articles in Wikipedia:

Articles about a single Chinese character, which lists all the possible ways that character is spelled based on pronunciation in Hokkien, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, etc. There is already an article about 許: Xu (surname 許), which already mentions Hứa.
Articles about a single English spelling, which lists all the possible origins of that English spelling.

The purpose of the Koh (surname) article is to list different Chinese characters (and non-Chinese surnames like the Yugoslav surname) which are spelled Koh in English, and the people who actually spell their names as Koh in English. There are lots of Chinese surnames which are sometimes spelled "Koh" in English: not just 許, but also 高, 顧, 古, 柯, etc. Each of those surnames has various spellings in Hokkien, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, etc., Each of those surnames also has their own articles which list the other possible pronunciations of that surname.
