Please do not remove information from articles, as you did to Flag of South Africa. Wikipedia is not censored, and content is not removed on the sole grounds of perceived offensiveness. Please discuss this issue on the article's talk page to reach consensus rather than continuing to remove the disputed material. If the content in question involves images, you also have the option to configure Wikipedia to hide the images that you may find offensive. Thank you. If you continue to edit the addition it would mean that you are in violation of the Equity Court ruling on the display of such content. The content displayed is illegal. Are you saying that users are allowed to write content that is illegal? Then write about the US in the US, don't spread illegal content. Child pornography, case in point. It's not about where its stored, it is about the legality of the content being displayed.

Child pornography is illegal in the United States. Display of the apartheid South African flag is not. You can report it all you want. If you report it to Wikipedia's administrators, you will not get anywhere, because you are the one who is failing to understand Wikipedia policy. Advocacy of apartheid would indeed be hate speech. Discussing the factual issue of historical apartheid is not. If that were true, we would also have to scrub our pages on Nazi Germany, slavery in the United States, the Armenian genocide etc. You'll notice that hasn't happened.
