Information icon Hello, I'm Elmssuper. I noticed that you recently removed content from Reappropriation without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. I saw your message on my talk page and I’m responding here. I understand the point you’re making (I myself don’t really think of “white trash” as a slur), but I could just as easily imagine plenty of other people of the opinion that it is. It comes down to how long that section was in the article and the explanation for why it was removed. I have no issue with you removing it again and I won’t revert you again, but I’ll point out that someone out there may disagree and want it back in. So I would suggest going to the article talk page and adding a section briefly explaining why it was removed, in case someone else comes along and assumes you were being Disruptive. I hope this helps! Elmssuper 22:07, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
