Per MOS:ETHNICITY: "In most modern-day cases, this will be the country of which the person is a citizen, national, or permanent resident [...] Ethnicity, religion, or sexuality should generally not be in the lead unless it is relevant to the subject's notability". This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users.
