Attention:

This IP address, 198.54.202.3, is registered to SAIX and may be shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

However, you might still be unable to edit Wikipedia if the IP you are using is blocked due to a MediaWiki "feature". In such a case you could request to be unblocked.

In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact SAIX to report network abuse.

Please do not make test edits to articles, as you did with this edit to Castle of Good Hope, even if you intend to fix them later. Such edits constitute vandalism, and will be reverted. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - Unpopular Opinion (talk) 08:42, 12 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Amoeba proteus. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Lankiveil (speak to me) 09:49, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to 300 (film), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Kolesov RD-36-51. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. -- - (User) Wolfkeeper (Talk) 11:45, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Precooled jet engine, you will be blocked from editing. -- - (User) Wolfkeeper (Talk) 11:48, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Evolutionary history of plants, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. John Slocum (talk) 18:25, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am being affected by a block on this IP, and therefore unable to create an account. Please consider revising the block, or allowing me to create a new account. I am also unable to "request" a new account because the website does not work. Thanks :) 198.54.202.3 (talk) 14:40, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Per discussion below. — Daniel Case (talk) 18:18, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

From what I can see, this IP was blocked for six months in 2009, and since has been used until a few days ago. There is no block on this IP that I can see, but I can't check for autoblock because I can't get into the program that checks it (some fault or other...). What message are you getting? Peridon (talk) 15:59, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think it is an autoblock. I get: "You are currently unable to edit pages on Wikipedia due to an autoblock affecting your IP address." but it would seem the block will expire soon anyway (tonight). Thanks for your help :) 198.54.202.3 (talk) 16:09, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
