Information icon Before adding a category to an article, as you did to 2016 Sacramento riot, please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. Specific note: Your edit was OK on the surface, but the page already exists in a subcategory (Category:Neo-Nazism in the United States). Categories here are hierarchial trees, not meta tags, so with some exceptions, an article will only exist in one category in the tree. See WP:CATSPECIFIC for clarification.
