Thank you again for bringing the source to my attention. I normally don't edit articles (I'm a recent change patroller, so I mostly watch for vandalism), but I added the citation indicating that Under the Radar owns the island, which should be enough to satisfy reference requirements. I'm honestly impressed that you found that so easily, and I want to encourage you to create an account!
