October 2011[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! I edit too, under the username Calabe1992. I noticed that you recently added an external link that may have been inappropriate according to our guidelines about linking to other websites. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia written by people like you and me, not a web directory, so we try to make sure articles link to only a few important sites. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks, Calabe1992 (talk) 05:56, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Screen printing with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Calabe1992 (talk) 05:59, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not use Wikipedia for affiliate marketing. This is contrary to the guidelines on external links and immediately suggests that you may have a conflict of interest. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia policy to learn more about this project and how you can make a positive impact. Thank you.
