I will start it and copy your info to a new section: talk:Emperor Taizong of Tang#Eye injury. You should add wp:reliable sources so that others don't need to do footwork (which often results in the issue being ignored).

(According to the history record of China, there are no any record about Taizong had got a wound during the war. Even there are no any record in China history about Taizong has got any disability of his eye)
