Hello, I'm CommanderWaterford. I noticed that in this edit to Hannah Yeoh, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. Hi there, I saw the ping at the Teahouse and decided to start the conversation here first.

  1. First 2 paragraphs are unsourced but listing (The Asia Pacific Legal 500, 2001 - 2007) and (Who's Who Legal, Singapore 2008) are a bit insufficient. You need to provide a proper reference, whether its offline or online.
  2. American diplomat and academic Kurt Campbell, former Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacifc... is a direct lift from article.
  3. Typically we are wary of blogs and the blog you used will be considered a copyright violations.
  1. You added back the same text so same issue above.
  2. While He also represented Singapore in the Philip C Jessup International Law Moot in 1984, where his team won Runner Up in the International Division is correctly sourced, the rest are unsourced.
  3. Reference is put at the wrong place, top of page instead of end of the line that the reference is supporting.
  4. I reverted the whole chunk of changes as the quality of the overall change is poor.

Do take note that for biography of living person, most statements need to be properly sourced per Wikipedia's policy. I am sorry for reverting your first edits but I will advise getting familiar with Wikipedia by editing other articles that are not so high profile first. Ok what was wrong with the "Awards" section? 2502renegate2502 (talk) 14:14, 30 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Does every sentence in each paragraph have to be cited? Can I just cite the paragraph as a whole? 2502renegate2502 (talk) 14:19, 30 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

2502renegate2502, preferably every sentence is cited for biography of a living person. A reference at the end of 2-3 sentences is fine as long the reference supports that 2-3 sentences.
You provided a direct source for Philip C Jessup International Law Moot in 1984 which is good, the first paragraph is unsourced. If that is covered by the same reference, do place the same reference for the first paragraph as well. This is because once you broke off to another paragraph, we will not assume that the latter reference covers the previous paragraph. Justanothersgwikieditor (talk) 03:33, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I seen your latest edits and generally looks good. I did not delve into details but sources look okay at a glance. Justanothersgwikieditor (talk) 06:14, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Ok thanks for the feedback 2502renegate2502 (talk) 14:58, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
