My dad was on the USS Craven in Vella Gulf, on Aug. 6, 7, 1943. After the battle those aboard received a telegram for Admiral Hasley. The telegram read something like: 6 runs 4 hits No Survivors. I saw the telegram but haven't seen it in over 40 years. Does anyone know about this telegram. Victor Hurtado
