Also, do not forge signatures. If you do not have an account, create one. Chlod (say hi!) 09:48, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Do not forge signatures of other editors. Repeatedly doing so can get your account blocked for disruptive editing. Use the standard signature string (~~~~) for signing your messages. Chlod (say hi!) 10:24, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Are you seriously trying to say that I forge signature now? Do you really want "objective truth" so much that you are now trying to give me false intensions even though you know that it is due to lack of knowledge? Plus you understand that if wikipedia allows anonymous discussions, you can't force me to create an account, right? What is wrong here, what is your problem exactly, and why are you trying to make it personal? Knowledge is more important than petty things like that, isn't it?

You were forging the signature of User:Void on two occasions (1, 2). "Void" is a registered user, and attempting to masquerade your IP as that user is forgery. The suggestion to create an account was brought about simply because I felt like you wanted to keep yourself anonymous. For the record: registered accounts are much more anonymous than IP addresses, since I can't find your general location from a username. You're free not to create an account. That's your right. Ok so you are just threatening me to exerce power? What the idea here? I understand we don't agree on things but if you prefer knowledge to verbal joust, you should behave acordingly, not trying to undermine me with anything personal. What I did was using "void" in the signature to say that I have no signature. I don't know your protocols. You consider an intention where there are none. I am starting to undesrtand what your role is on this system. So when people don't know, when they try, when they are honest, you just accuse them of forging and ill intentions. Great way to spread knowledge, mate.
I was never threatening anything. That's your perspective of things. I gave you a short message telling you to stop the signature forgery earlier. You ignored that, so I gave stronger warning. Signature forgery is a violation of policy. You can get blocked by violating it. I informed you of that policy (twice) in good faith as part of my usual role as a counter-vandalism editor, but the battleground behavior and aspersions I'm getting here makes me start to lose that faith. If it hasn't been obvious, I've been linking to policy pages in my messages so that you can read them. They're not just fancy blue links in a message. In any case, you are required to sign your messages under the correct user. You cannot have "no signature". Chlod (say hi!) 11:41, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
