Unfortunately, someone is maliciously using my IP address to vandalise the Denise Welch page. Is there any way I can somehow locate these vandals and stop them from using my IP address to commit these acts of vandalism? I’m finding it very frustrating and annoying.

Hey Anon, IP owner here. I have no idea whats going on here either. All I can guess is firefox is likely grouping up IP's and plopping them into one shared group. I know for hell I didn't vandalise either Denise Welch or JFK Jr. - MountainKemono, from an IP — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7C:BD0F:9900:682A:9281:2AB9:E267 (talk) 00:45, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sadly, it's become apparent to me now that our shared IP address or address range is being vandalised and abused by others who clearly don't have Wikipedia's best interests at heart. I think it best we log in with our own accounts, which makes it much easier for Wikipedia to impose indefinite blocks on those engaged in persistent vandalism under the veil of anonymity.
