Is 2 Police Square, Milnthorpe the home of Cicerone Press perchance? I think you are misusing wikipedia as a promotional tool but you are hardly Random House so good luck to you! --MJB (talk) 15:48, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it is: see http://www.cicerone.co.uk/feedback/ ! I'd been wondering the same. You need to read WP:COI but, more importantly, please give dates with book refs, and fit in with the existing structure of the article. Consistency within articles is more valuable than consistency between them, so take note of context. I wonder if there's scope for an article about Cicerone Press anyway - publishers of all sorts of useful books (I think we used one for the Dales Way. PamD (talk) 16:00, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If anyone was writing such an article (but it shouldn't be the folk at 2policesquare!), http://www.walkmag.co.uk/pdfs/readerAwards2008.pdf would be useful for notability - high praise from an independent source. I haven't got time today, but might get round to it. PamD (talk) 16:09, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Done - there's now a stub article at Cicerone (publisher).PamD (talk) 17:27, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Changed my mind and decided it was primary usage of Cicerone. Article is now at that heading, with the arguably encyclopedic content of the previous article now a section on "The word "cicerone"". PamD (talk) 07:57, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
... and then looked at incoming "What links here", decided the revised article didn't make sense for them, and undid that change - so it's now Cicerone (publisher) again. PamD (talk) 08:05, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
