[edit]Didn't mention this in the revert because it would have been too long to explain, but the bullet has absolutely nothing to do with stylization. It is for Japanese readers to be able to read loanwords written in the katakana script and indicates if the words borrowed from some other language (most of the time, English) are supposed to be connected or divided from each other.
