Hi. First of all, welcome to Wikipedia! The message above is a standard text. In the case of your edits in the List of Las Vegans article, which I reverted, I'm not so sure that it was a test. If you meant to include that person in the list, please notice that those lists are for people of a certain notability. For a criminal to be included in a list like that, it would have to be something... unique (for lack of a better word), that would distinguish that person from the hordes of criminals that often make the news for a while in big cities. I googled that name, and couldn't find anything that would suggest that this particular person would qualify as notable enough to be included in a list that, as you may notice, is rather exclusive. However, if you disagree, please provide a verifiable source indicating that this person's crimes made him notable to a level that would merit inclusion on the list; then we can re-include the entry.
