November 2021[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Jessica Simpson. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You cannot add material to the lead that is not mentioned (and sourced) in the body of the article. You claimed "She is credited as one of the artists responsible for reviving teen pop in the late 1990s and early 2000s." That is unsourced puffery. Meters (talk) 08:19, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Steve Higgins, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 22:04, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The link to the story was not valid and was giving an error 404 when I went to go and read it. I put as my reason when I took out the dead link that the reference link was not valid anymore. I put a more detailed reason this time. I did not want to make this note right on the paragraph so I put it in the notes. 50.72.145.155 (talk) 22:16, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Regarding your edit to Nino Niederreiter. Thank you for your willingness to update player stats, but as these change rapidly throughout the season, the project does not update these until any of the following happen: 1) most commonly, the season ends; 2) the player is traded to another team, or 3) the player cannot participate in any games in the remaining season, including playoffs. This is usually due to injury. So, unless Nino or someone suffers a terribly unfortunate injury, please wait until the end of the season to update this table. Thank you! dannymusiceditor oops 03:09, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
