Hi there, understood.
The proposed pages were not for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting. They were statements of fact (Igor has renounced his Russian Citizenship), edits to links (The link to Harry Stebbings was not linking to his investor profile), and the previous descriptions of the Delin Ventures business was incorrect.
