I believe editors (myself included at first) are mistaking your removal of large amounts of text from the copyright article for vandalism at first sight. I apologize for doing so initially, and I have since realized that you are moving the text to more appropriate articles and are improving the copyright article through your editing. Editors might be less likely to revert if you edited under a registered user name, though nothing compels you to log in, of course.
