Regarding John 20:22, it's your opinion that the breathing from Christ is symbolic and your opinion shouldn't be entered as fact. Nothing is written in stone, scholars debate this, and even the question of when the pentecost occurred (in Acts or in John) is debated. The word for "breathed" in this verse is only used once in the entire NT and it's the exact same word used in Genesis 2:7. It can be argued that this is not about symbolism but that the spirit is being given to the apostles at this verse. That in the same way God created Adam, Christ is creating a new mankind.
