Whatever you did to get blocked, once this block is over, you can find independent reliable sources that cover Daniel Strachman in detail with a neutral point of view and attempt to persuade others that he meets notability standards. Only then can a new article be written. If there is any useful content (no copyright violation) you can request that the article become a user draft.
