Warning[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. It seems you are a newcomer here, thus I suggest to get familiar with the rules (ie. inclusion of the categories) before rushing into any major edits, especially nonconstructive ones. I also warn you that if you keep removing the categories you may end up blocked from editing. Thehoboclown (talk) 18:06, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The category is not about places with Hungarian majority but places where Hungarian communities live. The significance of the community is not measured by its size (ie. a place won't fall out from the criteria once its Hungarian population falls to 49%). Since it seems you don't stop your action, I hereby warn you once again. This is your last warning before I submit a report on the issue. Regards, Thehoboclown (talk) 18:13, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Community means a group of people. This category means that these places have considerable Hungarian population. Since you did not change your behavior and went on to continue your disruptive action without even trying to seek consensus, I went to take the necessary sanctions. At first, it seems you are not quite familiar with wikipedia policies and try to push your own interpretation of stuffs (and try to twist all the words). In fact, if you would take your time, you could see that this is the established custom, ie. Turkish communities in Germany and so on, just check out yourself. At second, if you don't agree with something, the method is not to going into blind revert just for the reason because you think it's wrong. Especially if you've been warned several times. It's really not the best entrant to wikipedia. Thehoboclown (talk) 19:05, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I just brought up an example, how these categories are treated. It's up to you to check out the others before making premature comments. By staying your method, a city with 5,000,001 Fooian and 4,999,999 other inhabitants would not fit the criteria, huh? Actually, I reverted your edits because you do an obvious pov push there without seeking consensus but only make the things you think it should be done, getting yourself into an edit warring. And no, the category "hungarian communities" does not describe a village an exclusively hungarian place. It means that place has considerable Hungarian inhabitants. If you miss the categories for other communities, be bold, and create them, rather than crying why they don't exist. Thehoboclown (talk) 19:26, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Well, the only constructive thing in your response was to set a percentage limit, which I'd propose to be either 5 or 10 percent. And set a minimum number of inhabitants (I'd propose 5,000); above this number the city defeinitely has a significant Hungarian community regardless how much they make up of the city's population. The rest is just twisting the words. It's you, who want to make those silly and non-descriptive category names.. I don't even know why you dropped those lines. I can't do anything with that just ignore it.Thehoboclown (talk) 19:55, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Honestly, I think it's quite silly to divide it to those sub-categories if one would fit it perfectly; what you try to do, and what you did on the Zrenjanin page, appears to be a WP:POINT for me. However, what is more important, we finally reached a consensus and set this 5% limit! Now we are only a step away from settling the stuff – we only need to get a proper name for the category. Since we are on a completely different opinion, I've requested comments about what would be the best name to describe the category. I think we can rely on that.
