April 2008[edit]

I feel like I'm repeating myself over and over. The issue is that sources can be found both for and against listing Flyleaf as Christian rock. No, you cannot put a disputed tag on alternative rock because there are not sources that say that they are not alternative rock, whereas there are several reliable sources that state that they are. Please do not make personal attacks against me. On topic, you appear to be completely missing the point. Please read my above comments more carefully. The reason that only Christian rock is disputed is because there are sources that say that Flyleaf is Christian rock and sources that say that they are not. The reason that alternative should not be tagged as disputed is because while there are some sources that say that Flyleaf is alternative rock and some that say that they are alternative metal, there are none that say that they are not one kind of alternative or the other. Alt rock and alt metal are not mutually exclusive. GlassCobra 15:00, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Further clarification: there are no sources that say, for example, that Flyleaf is alternative rock and not alternative metal. There are sources that say that they are alternative and Christian, and there are sources that say that they are alternative and not Christian, and this is why only Christian rock is disputed. Do you understand the difference? GlassCobra 15:03, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Stop patronizing me, I'm not stupid. I more than understand what you are saying. I just simply don't agree with your reasoning. 78.129.175.211 (talk) 15:05, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not trying to patronize you, I'm merely sick of repeating myself. It's all well and good that you don't agree with my reasoning, but edit warring on the article is not the way to go. You need to discuss on the talk page first. GlassCobra 15:09, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
