Request reason:

Yes User talk:185.69.145.5 hacked me. I think He's blocked so he found another way to edit by hacking peoples accounts while there offline. It was not me I'm not trolling. I'm innocent. 86.150.188.184 (talk) 08:24, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

If your computer is easily hacked, it needs to be blocked to prevent damage to Wikipedia. In any event, we still don't know if the person making this request is different than the person who made the inappropriate edits before. I would suggest that you request the creation of an account at WP:ACC to avoid problems like this in the future, though you can also wait out the block. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 331dot (talkcontribs) 10:45, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
