February 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Robertsky. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Giant Hypermarket ‎ have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Also on Cold Storage (supermarket), and Dairy Farm International Holdings. – robertsky (talk) 19:23, 3 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Hi - the content I added was in no way promotional. I was not selling anything, nor making any kind of profit! I was sharing information based on recently published news stories that appear in several respected media online! The news stories I linked to were also giving two different perspectives on the argument. The information I published should be in the public eye because it identifies hidden health and safety issues in egg production in several supermarkets' supply chains. It also exposes animal cruelty. I find it preposterous that the information would be removed due to allegedly being "promotional". I appeal against your decision!

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/EmilyEquitas, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
