Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- LemonSlushie 🍋 (talk) (edits) 08:56, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

While I generally avoid making any changes, given the on-going terror tactics being use by the IDF, are not my comments timely and reasonable?

You are free to make whatever comments you wish, we just ask that you make your own messages and not change other user's statements. -- LemonSlushie 🍋 (talk) (edits) 09:21, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

To be clear, can you quote the changes I made? For was it a change - or a suggested change?

Side issue: given how the rules are needlessly involved, is it any wonder that fewer and fewer people care to comment on or edit Wikipedia?
