Statement by {Party 1}[edit]

This user is defaming me as an editor and unduing legitament comments on discussion pages, that are constructed in such a way to further and expand a debate. I freely admit to going to far with my edits in the past, but for the recent past I have tried to observe and follow Wikipedia guidelines. User is either threatening litigation, or confused, and quoting a pending litigation that in no way involves him and was in fact a different issue all-together. This litigation was unfounded and unproven, and furthermore unrelated. User at 98.151.17.229 has been constantly harrasing my edits, as they did not serve his desires, and he posts rediculous claims about what I have done, when my goal has been nothing more than to shine the light on what is, and what is not. So if there is a threat of litigation,,,, I welcome it, I will even assist in any information gathering and such, If Mr Kontras would simply have his attorney contact mine his name is Ryan Spetz, with the law firm of Gordon, Dodson, Gordon, and Rowlette in Chesterfield, Virginia, I have been dealing with this firm for the greater part of the past decade and have informed them of everything that has been said. While I think that it is not that great of an issue, I have to be prepared, and that would indeed serve simpler than dealing with this constant harrasment. I am signed into anouther IP address as mine has developed a problem....Charles F Groves24.125.149.247 (talk) 00:02, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just search his name/IP addresses. His slander is well documented, on the Adam Kontras page and numerous editors have had to erase his comments. It's personal (he admits as such within the AfD on the page) and all anyone has to do is the research. However he's filled both this page and the video blogging page with so many lies that it takes so long to read it all, most people give up. Smart move on his part as the cyber stalker. I am in the midst of a case against him for cyber stalking and waiting on subpoenas. From Viginia Commonwealth: Case # GC10000402-00 Charge: 'Stalking: Fear of Death or Assault' Orignial Court order 2-23-10 'No contact with victim'. To return to court on 8-25-10. Until that time, he will continue to change IP addresses, change usernames - and harass me. He openly threatens to "Destroy me" on his blog: http://www.myspace.com/yourlordandsaviour (screen caps if needed). To his credit, in his recent blog he admits: "I am crazy! Absolutely insane... This is sadly true, I am on so many meds right now, I dont sleep, have not for about three months, which ironically is the time that i became completely insane. I have been battling with depression for the past year, well maybe a year and a half." I am his target now. Hopefully the subpoenas come through soon.

AfD nomination of Adam Kontras[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Adam Kontras. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Adam Kontras (3rd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:06, 24 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
