Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy or request a change of username.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Thank you. {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here A. Rae at British Palestine Police Association (talk) 10:39, 1 December 2017 (UTC)}I am an individual and this is my first time with a wikipedia account. I tried to add a comment to the External Links section of the Palestine Police Force page in relation to 'Palestine Police Old Comrades Association' (PPOCA), that association closed in 2014 and I am a member of its successor the 'British Palestine Police Association' (BPPA). There is a problem with the PPOCA website link as its administrator and other named contacts have died and the website is obsolete. I did not try to delete the link but to explain the situation and add a link to the BPPA website. These updates were made but disappeared when my username was blocked. Without logging in I have now simply added the BPPA web link without comment, although i think it would be helpful to add a comment to the PPOCA link that it is obsolete or to simply delete it as the information it contains is out of date. Please advise on whether I can have this username back or not and what action can be taken regarding the obsolete link?A.
