There's a 7 day grace period to get the image into the article space. Once you've done this, be sure to take the "orphaned" template off of the image description page and make sure that the "Article=..." in the fair use rationale has the correct article name in it. Dear user, thank you for your interest in wikipedia. Where do you have this "draft"? First, it must assert notability and have the correct references to prove notability.
