My personal opinion[edit]

I strongly doubt this to be universally correct. In some countries it is the person handling the information that is responsible. Ie. the user that did the action. The software is not responsible, but the organization authorizing the user that did the action may have a responsibility. Jeblad (talk) 22:56, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your message. The admin doesn't handle any information from the cookie -- that is all handled through the Foundation's software. If you are aware of any countries with examples where a website's user was responsible for web cookies, please email me, and we can look into it.
