I didn't realise I had to ask it immediately. I thought I was supposed to wait for someone to respond. In the tutorial for creating a User subpage (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:User_pages#Creating_a_subpage), it say's that I need to make a page called: User:Your_Wikipedia_Name/subpage, but when I try to do it, it say's that administrator's have blocked the ability to make that page.
