To basically explain this, the station can be notable (as a significant part of Ohio State). That doesn't mean everything on it becomes notable. You have a student production, seen by, relatively, a handful of people. To be notable, it really needs more distribution than the limited number of viewers of this station. It really doesn't seem anyone outside Ohio State has ever even heard of this. I'm sorry, but Wikipedia is not for publicizing little-known productions. Fan-1967 03:38, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Whether or not I've seen it is irrelevant. This is no way a comment on its quality. It is on its notability. We cannot verify that it has received significant attention on the web. Can you find multiple reviews from significant press sources (blogs and forums don't count)? Fan-1967 03:48, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia requires Verification from Reliable Sources. Forums are not acceptable because it's too easy for a few people to create a large number of forum posts. Fan-1967 04:23, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Recreating a page is easy. Easiest way to save it is go is edit the page, do a Select all, and pasted into a txt file. You can then copy it into another article when appropriate. If the article has been deleted, you will need to get approval at Wikipedia:Deletion Review. -- Fan-1967 05:03, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In general, tv series are not notable if they aren't on national networks. We have deleted cable access shows in the past for being of local interest only. And movies are rarely notable if they haven't been released in theaters. User:Zoe|(talk) 15:59, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Note that I said in general. Star Wars: Revelations is the exception to the in general rule. User:Zoe|(talk) 16:53, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
"Keep this article because you have other ones just as bad" is not a valid argument. Address the concerns raised about this one. User:Zoe|(talk) 17:29, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think you will find five other people at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/X3i who will tell you the exact same thing. User:Zoe|(talk) 17:47, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Then you are more than welcome to discuss this with them. You have yet to prove notability of this student film project. At this point, it's become more and more obvious that you are attempting to promote your project. Especially seeing as how you've set up a forum to get people to spam SciFi Channel to get them to support your project. User:Zoe|(talk) 17:54, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
