I would like to propose additional heading on study on absenteeism to support the definition. In the definition, I think we should also write about absenteeism and presenteeism since it has been linked in the presenteeism page on wikipedia as you may find in this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presenteeism. Thus we can organise the heading into:

1. definition 2. absenteeism and presenteeism 3. studies and research

I am now doing library research on early study on absenteeism and relationships between absenteeism and presenteeism. would anyone like to work collaboratively on those issues? thanks649089MGMT (talk) 23:26, 24 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
