Welcome!

Hello, Abcdefg35, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. A tag has been placed on Interactive Technologies Group, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. Move to user space[edit]

You appear to have tried to create Abcdefg35/ITG in your user space. Unfortunately, it was created in article space. I have moved it to User:Abcdefg35/ITG so you can continue to work on the article. Toddst1 (talk) 23:59, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Note the subtle difference in the file names above. One is in user space and starts with "User:" You also could have created it in "User talk:" space by adding that prefix. There is a full writeup on creating subpages with everything you may want to know here. Good luck and happy editing. Toddst1 (talk) 15:28, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yep, just save it there. When it's ready to move it to the article space, you can do it one of two ways:
  1. Simply copy and paste your subpage into a new article in article space
  2. Move the article. If you've made enough edits (I think having an account for 4 days is enough) you should see a move tab up near the edit tab in your browser. If you don't, you can ask someone with more history like me to move it or requesting a move. More info at Help:Moving a page.
Good luck. Toddst1 (talk) 18:52, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No problem for the continuing questions. I've made a couple of edits to the page. I've changed the formatting of the executives to bullets. More significantly, I've added an infobox that you should populate with information. More information on how to do that can be found at Template:Infobox_Company. In addition, I've added a few tags that to remind you to address a few issues before the article is ready for prime time. Most significantly, you will have to show how the company is notable as defined at WP:Corp. You should read that as it's different than the common definition of notability. In addition you'll want to add third-party references to the article. For more info see WP:Cite and use the templates at Wikipedia:Citation templates. I've also left a few comments in the article that you'll see when you edit. Good luck. Toddst1 (talk) 22:47, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I left you a present at User talk:Abcdefg35/ITG. Follow the links to find references for the article. Toddst1 (talk) 00:17, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Itg logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Itg logo.jpg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 23:28, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for File:Itg logo sm-1-.jpg}[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Itg logo sm-1-.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check:

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Orphaned non-free media (File:Itg_logo_sm-1-.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Itg_logo_sm-1-.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 16:56, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

 Done - I fixed it.--Res2216firestar 17:06, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, it seems that it is non-free, I nulled it, but it would work if the 'tl|' was removed.--Res2216firestar 17:09, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Abcdefg35/Mark[edit]

A tag has been placed on Abcdefg35/Mark requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. • This page has not been deleted, but has been moved to User:Abcdefg35/Mark; based on the title, it appeared that you intended to create this as a userpage, not an article. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 13:57, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I thought I had this on a userpage. I would like to have a info box place within article, can you assist with this?Abcdefg35 (talk) 14:38, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just moved the article back to User:Abcdefg35/Mark, to move it to mainspace you need to move it to Mark Newsome, however before you do so it needs a lot of work, I recommend you read Wikipedia:Notability (people), Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons and Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies) --Jac16888Talk 14:24, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
