Another Person with user id bol336 was using this IP range so here is the misunderstanding of using multiple accounts.Please take notice on it.My account should be unblocked for editing after taking notice on it..I contributed with wikipedia with zeal and zest. thank you

If you now accept that you used a sock puppet why did you say, in your first appeal, "Another Person with user id bol336 was using this IP range so here is the misunderstanding of using multiple accounts."? Further, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines before you edit. I am unconvinced that you will follow our policies in the future. Finally, your competence in the English language is not up to the required standard. You may wish to consider whether you may be better off editing the Wikipedia in your mother tongue. Five failed, and frankly hopeless, appeals on here is enough . I am, therefore, removing your talk page access. Any further appeal would need to be made by way of WP:UTRS.
