Draft:E4S Software Stack improvements[edit]

Dear Abrower7, I was checking the list of bogus articles to be immediately deleted and I was surprised to see this one. I looked at the history of draft submissions and it looks like you've been battling our befuddled bureaucracy of volunteer editors. I can't complain about them too much because I, too, am an amateur hobbyist working on the world's biggest, most amazing, bureaucratic, shambolic, sprawling and inconsistent semi-encyclopedia.

Anyway, it looks like their concerns were that

your article was "promotional" and
the E4S project is not "notable" because your article did not cite independent, reliable sources.

Note that we define "notability" and "reliable sources" in very specific ways for our internal editorial purposes:

- Reliable Sources Guideline

I think they made a mistake. I believe some of your technical references may meet our notability and reliable sources rules. I added another that I know meets them.

I stopped the "speedy deletion" for now and made a number of minor edits. Mostly I added hyperlinks to other topics since your article has a number of technical terms. Please take a look at these and make sure I've linked to appropriate terms.

Hopefully we can get your article out of limbo.
